This independent countryside apartment has been fully restored and it is located inside the estate itself. On the ground floor there is a living-room with a fire –place, sat-tv set, as well as a large and well-equipped kitchen a double bedroom and a bathroom conceived and built for disabled people.A double room with its bathroom and two twin-bedded rooms with a bathroom in common are on the first floor. Inside there is a large, characteristic kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven and a dishwasher; just next to it, there is a lively sitting-room with a fire-place and a sat-tv set: a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room and a bathroom complete the features of the first floor; a double room, a twin-bedded room and a bathroom can be found upstairs on the second floor, while the laundry equipment is placed in the basement.
